Consumers today are enjoying a steady increase in not only wages but disposable income. Prescott, along with the rest of the country, is enjoying continued growth in the real estate market as well. Consumers thinking about buying their first home or selling their existing and buying another, face several decisions, not the least of which is what Realtor to hire. In a community with over a thousand licensed real estate agents, that process can be daunting all by itself.

Leonor Sebastiá has spent her entire career in sales and is now working out of Realty Executives Northern Arizona NEW HOME MARKETPLACE in downtown Prescott. What sets Leonor apart is her desire to serve the community of first responders. Specializing in the real estate needs of law enforcement, firefighters and EMS, Sebastiá makes it her mission to stay informed on available programs that help those dedicated men and women realize the dream of owning their home. Programs like HUD’s Good Neighbor Next Door along with others that focus on the needs of first responders are often not well-known. Working with lenders who specialize in financing first responders, both active and retired, understanding the processes necessary (the hoops you have jump through), plus personally employing her many industry contacts as well as providing certain incentives, makes her an excellent choice for individuals with these distinct needs.

If it looks like a new-home build on a fabulous piece of land is the way you choose to go, Sebastiá knows the progression from lot purchase through construction intimately and can help you step-by-step in bringing your dreams to fruition.

Leonor’s commitment to serving first responders comes from a strong foundation. Her husband is a retired law enforcement officer, and in fact, the whole family has dedicated their careers to law enforcement and firefighting. Their needs and the importance of their roles in our lives and communities are close to her heart, which makes her vested in the success of every first responder’s real estate endeavor.

Leonor Sebastiá can be found at 113 W. Goodwin St. across from the Courthouse Square in downtown Prescott. Contact her directly at 928-899-9655 or by email at Leonor.ForHomes@Yahoo.com.
