FY22 Pavement Preservation Project
FY22 PAVEMENT PRESERVATION SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLETE
The City of Prescott and their contractor, Cactus Asphalt, have reached substantial completion of the FY22 Pavement Preservation Project. The project included cleaning the existing asphalt pavement, repairing severely distressed pavement and placing a new chip seal and seal coat along various roadways throughout the Prescott Community and parking areas within the Sundog Wastewater Treatment Plant. Additional work included the restoration of disturbed traffic striping and the replacement of manhole and water box collars. These improvements have successfully extended the pavement life and improved the ride quality for Prescott motorists. Please remain alert as crews continue to perform minor cleanup activities over the next few weeks to finish out the project.
This City is proud to bring improvements such as this to the Prescott Community and appreciates your support as our crews have worked to complete the project.
