The City of Prescott and their contractor, Schofield Civil Construction, LLC, are set to begin a utility upgrade project the week of September 18. The project includes construction of a new pump station for water utility services at the southwest corner of Pioneer Parkway and Willow Creek Road. Drainage improvements are also included as part of the utility upgrade project. This work is scheduled for completion in winter 2018.
Once installed, the new pump station will give the City’s Water Operations Department the ability to divert water throughout multiple zones, ultimately improving system reliability for all users. Please note, no water service interruptions are anticipated as part of this utility upgrade project.
