Chino Valley has once again revamped our Christmas program. Every year it keeps getting bigger and better!
This year’s event is called A December to Remember at Memory Park. Festivities are Dec. 8, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The park will be filled with lights, and we will have vendors there to help you with your holiday shopping. Kids activities will be from 3 to 6 p.m. We will have bounce houses, games and fun for the entire family.
Don’t miss Santa’s amazing appearance at 4 p.m. as he lands in a helicopter and passes out toys to all the kids. There will be Christmas carolers, hot chocolate, and we will light up our town Christmas tree and park. This event will surely put you in a jolly mood. Park will be lit from December 8th through the 31st. Come take a stroll and see the lights. For more information visit chinovalley.org.
Yavapai Humane Society’s Equine Center presents the first Old-Fashioned Cowboy Christmas on Dec. 15.
The YHS Equine Center will turn into a holiday oasis complete with sleigh rides, Santa Claus, holiday vendors, caroling and so much more. The event is free to the public.
Guests also will have a chance to meet some of the horses waiting for their forever home.
Wear your best holiday or cowboy attire and come from 1 to 5 p.m. The YHS Equine Center is at 3731 N. Road 1 W, Chino Valley. For more information visit yavapaihumane.org.
