Knife Skills: Chop and Slice like a Pro!
Chef Aimee Novak will be teaching a hands-on class that focuses on the fundamental techniques of safe and efficient knife care and handling. In this class, you will learn and practice different techniques to cut various vegetables for a Stir-Fry dish that will be demonstrated and sampled with all of our perfectly sliced veggies. Knives, aprons and food are supplied.
This class requires advanced registration of a non-refundable fee of $15.00 to cover class costs. Class space is limited, so register early. The class will be on Tuesday March 27 from 5:30-7:30 pm at the Prescott Extension office located at 840 Rodeo Drive, Building C. Call 928-445-6590 x221 to register.
