The Event Spot is an all new meeting place centrally located in the Quad Cities area with great visibility from Highway 69 in Prescott Valley. The facility is a 4,000 square-foot space, which includes a 3,300 square-foot main room and two 250 square-foot breakout rooms.
“I’m thrilled to open this new business for people looking for a modern and convenient meeting spot,” said owner Ken Foote, who also owns FooteWork Auto License & Title Service. We’ll be able to accommodate up to 500 people in a newly-remodeled and beautifully decorated setting.”
The Event Spot is configured to host any type of event, from weddings and parties to meetings, classes and more. A designated kitchen is also located in the space, so catering can be accommodated. The space also has WIFI and a state-of-the art audio/visual experience for multimedia. Four 65-inch high-definition flat-screen monitors are mounted on the walls and a digital projector is available. Hundreds of free parking spaces create easy access for guests. The Event Spot also has the ability to be portioned off for smaller events.
“We’re thrilled to have The Event Spot right next-door to our business,” said Donna Chamblee, Manager of Prescott Valley Florist. “As a former wedding planner, I know that the right space is so important to any event.”
Guests enter through a welcoming patio, cross a bridge over a rock-lined river stocked with colorful fish. The patio is equipped with relaxing mood lighting, indoor/outdoor speakers and portable upright propane space heaters with comfortable seating.
A comprehensive interactive website will be live soon, providing an online booking calendar with the ability to reserve and complete your reservation from the convenience of your phone, office or home.
The Event Spot will be a great addition to the Quad-City area, and will fill the need for event space of this size at a cost-effective price. The space is scheduled to open in the spring. Look for the all new The Event Spot in the same building as FooteWork Auto License & Title Service of Prescott Valley.
