From a young age, Nancy was encouraged by her parents to pursue an entrepreneurial path. Growing up on a small farm in central Illinois, she learned the value of hard work, integrity, and doing the right thing—principles that have guided her throughout her career.
After relocating to Arizona, Nancy turned her passion for leadership and business ownership into a successful career, leading and growing multiple ventures over the years. Although she never imagined she would one day own a pest control company, she quickly discovered the meaningful impact the industry has on people’s lives.
“In all my years, I never imagined that I would own a pest control business, but it has been one of the most rewarding industries I’ve been a part of. There’s nothing glamorous about pest control, and the industry often carries a stigma. But what we do every day is protect families, their homes, and their peace of mind. Our clients and our community are incredibly important to us, and when we have the opportunity to lend a helping hand, it doesn’t get any better than that.”
Today, while Nancy no longer oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, she remains proud of the legacy she helped build. This new chapter has given her the opportunity to focus on her next adventure, and she is excited to explore new opportunities where she can continue making a positive impact through leadership, entrepreneurship, and service.
