The main secret is in the dough. We use a sourdough starter and allow the dough to rise for two days, giving it a robust sourdough flavor. All of our pizzas are hand-tossed and stretched. Our quality ingredients and hand-cut toppings provide incredible flavors.

Where did you learn how to make pizza?
All of our pizza cooks were taught by Trevor Phillips, owner of Park Plaza, who created the pizza specialties himself. Collectively our pizza line has over 15 years of experience, and Trevor has worked for over 13 years meticulously experimenting and fine-tuning recipes based on customer feedback.
