Public Works Update from the City of Prescott
DEXTER NEIGHBORHOOD ROAD AND UTILITY UPGRADE PROJECT SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLETE
The City of Prescott and their contractor, Capital Improvements, LLC, have reached substantial completion of the Dexter Neighborhood Road and Utility Upgrade Project. The project consisted of the replacement of undersized water and sewer main lines, road improvements, and the installation of new water service connections for residents. Additional improvements included the installation of new sidewalk, driveway entrances, and curb and gutter as needed throughout the project. This project is part of an ongoing program to replace deteriorated and undersized main lines within the City utility system. These upgrades have successfully increased the service reliability and main line capacity for the Dexter Neighborhood and surrounding areas. Please remain alert as crews perform minor construction activities next week.
The City is proud to bring road and utility improvements such as this to the Prescott Community and appreciate your support as our crews have worked to complete the project.
Businesses and residents are reminded to call the Project Hotline at (928) 237-3114 to speak to a project team member with any questions or concerns.
