Photographer Joe Webster has traveled over most of Arizona capturing the beauty of this amazing state and visiting its best and most iconic locations. And on Saturday, November 18th, at 1PM the Phippen Museum invites you to join him as he shares some of his favorite images and take guests from Prescott to the southeastern part of the state, hidden spots in Phoenix and Scottsdale and some of the lesser known areas that merit a visit. Along the way his camera also records some of the most interesting faces that occupy those iconic sites.
After many stops along the way, he arrives back in Prescott, finding points of interest that even many long-term residents have not seen.
Joe Webster is an award-winning photographer and historian and his work has been shown in galleries in Phoenix and Prescott. He is currently the president of the Arizona Camera Club Council, past president of the Prescott Camera Club, and a Phippen Museum docent. He has also taught classes and lectured on several subjects in the art of photography and has been published in national publications.
This entertaining presentation is offered in conjunction with the museum’s current exhibits, Western Treasures of the Phoenix Art Museum (running through February 18th, 2018) and Kids, Colts & Calves (on display through January 21st, 2018). This presentation is offered free for museum members and included in the price of general admission for guests.
