Have you ever been disappointed when your favorite recipe fails to produce expected results when made at higher elevation? At altitudes above 3,000 feet, recipes may require changes in time, temperature or ingredients to achieve desired results. In this workshop, participants will learn about the important role that many ingredients play in baking and possible adjustments to make to when baking your favorite recipes at high altitude.
This class requires advanced registration and non-refundable fee of $10.00 to cover class costs. Class space is limited, so register early. The class will be on Tuesday, October 23rd from 5:30-7:00 pm at the Prescott Extension office located at 840 Rodeo Drive, Building C, Prescott AZ 86305.
