Executive Director
The Smoki Museum of American Indian & Culture
Cindy was introduced to the Smoki Museum of American Indian Art & Culture in 2002 and realized she could make a difference. She made a commitment to bring the organization, with such a rich history, into the present and future. The Smoki Museum of American Indian Art & Culture now has indigenous people who serve on the Board of Trustees, act as advisors, and are active members and volunteers at the Museum. The museum’s mission is “to instill understanding and respect for the indigenous cultures of the southwest.”
Cindy has worked with the Prescott Area Arts and Humanities Council and serves as chair for Prescott’s Art in Public Places Committee. She is also a Rotarian and serves as president for The Rotary Club of Prescott. Her interests are in arts, crafting and jewelry making. She loves all dogs, especially her 11 year old black lab, Sarah. “I enjoy all time outside, which is why I live in Prescott!”
